BURLINGTON, MA-Route 128 will soon have its first speculativeoffice building; according to CBRE, the officeproperty, 78 Blanchard Road, is now under construction. Thecompleted office property will stand at fivestories and span 120,000 square feet. In a release, the companyoutlined details of the building, including that it will be part ofthe 200,000 square foot office park called Blanchard Woodshere.

Blanchard Woods is to be developed the owner DuffyProperties and, according to the release, the office parkis in a strategic location near four hotels, 160 retailers, and 10full-service restaurants. Additionally, there are a wide range offeatures associated with 78 Blanchard Roadincluding prominent signage for larger tenants, a fitness centerand a full-service cafeteria.
