LOS ANGELES-Lee & Associates has arrangedtwo lease deals at 4811 Airport Plaza in LongBeach, CA, completely leasing up floors 3-5 in the126,270-square-foot building, along with additional ground-floorspace for one of the tenants. Also, the firm has hired three keyindustrial and office brokers toits West Los Angeles offices.

General Services Administration—Federal Bureau ofInvestigation fully leased the 21,264-square-foot5th floor, with an additional 1,000 square feet on theground floor. The 15-year lease term was negotiated for $9.6million. Also, Verizon California Inc., a Verizonoperating company, fully leased the building’s 4th floorconsisting of 21,264 square feet and is exercising its option byadditionally leasing the 3rd floor for a total of 45,528square feet. The six-year lease term for Verizon begins inAugust.
