SAN JOSE, CA-South Bay Development Co. has bought a developmentsite in North San Jose for an undisclosed price from Cisco SystemsInc. The 30-acre site, named 237@first, comprises four parcels andis approved for an office campus space spanning nearly 620,000square feet.
The site, located at the northwest junction of North FirstStreet and Highway 237, has a zoning agreement for R&D andoffice space with the City of San Jose. Jones Lang LaSallerepresented Cisco in the deal. For the full story, go toSilicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal.
