BOSTON-As part of Quincy Center’s redesign andmodernization, a new office and medical office space is to beleased by Jones Lang LaSalle. According to BealStreet/Works, a partnership between The Beal Cos. and Street-WorksDevelopment, JLL is responsible for getting the 1.1 million squarefeet filled up.
The office space will be occupied by health care, life sciencesand higher education institutions, according to the company."Jones Lang LaSalle is excited to be partneringwith the visionary team of Beal Cos. and Street-Works on thismarque assignment,” JLL executive vice president TomKent said. He further described the development as“vibrant” and that the completed project will greatly contribute tomaking the "City of Quincy truly a 24-hour city.”
