MIAMI—New-to-market tenants represent more than24,000 square feet of Brickell Bay Office Tower’slatest deals. And that brings occupancy up to 97%.

Brickell Bay Office Tower is welcoming five new-to-markettenants to its 32-story class A building in Miami’sBrickell Financial District. The new-to-market tenants are part arash of leases totaling 31,642 square feet. Financial terms of theagreements were not disclosed.

The new-to-market tenants are: Domus Prime Services, whichprovides concierge services to Latin American clients; anundisclosed Houston, TX-based health care company; globaltechnology/IT provider NEC Corporation; Europe-based internationalsports broadcasting company MP & Silva; and law firm Alvarez,Arrieta & Diaz-Silveira, LLP. A sixth lease was inked with TomManos P.A., which relocated from another Brickell-area officebuilding.
