WASHINGTON, DC-Bethesda-based First Potomac Realty Trust hassold its 95% interest in 1200 17th St. NW for an amount of $43.7million. The company purchased its stake in the development in ajoint venture partnership with Akridge for $37.6 million in late2011.
Akridge will retain its stake in the project. A170,000-square-foot building will replace the existing building atthe site. Akridge will remain as the developer. For the fullstory, go to Washington Business Journal .
