SEATTLE-Beverly Hills, California-based FSC Realty has picked upa mixed-use apartment complex in Lake City for $16.3 million. Thecompany bought the Rekhi Building, an 84-unit property at thenortheast corner of 125th Street and Lake City Way Northeast inSeattle, from Joginder S. Rekhi.
The property, developed in 2001 and 2005, comprises 14 retailand office units. The apartments are nearly 100% occupied, theretail is fully occupied and nearly half of the office space isleased. For the full story, go to Puget Sound Business Journal .
