SACRAMENTO-Jones Lang LaSalle has closed the sale of a formerAAA maintenance property in south Sacramento. Copart Inc. boughtthe 30.5-acre property at 8687 Weyand Avenue for approximately $7.3million.
The property includes a 99,000-square-foot facility. MikeZimmerman from Jones Lang LaSalle's Sacramento office said that theinsurance company vacated the Weyand Avenue property nearly sixmonths ago. Zimmerman and Bill Niethammer from the firm'sSacramento office and Kevin Mechelke from the firm's Walnut Creekoffice were involved in the deal. For the full story, go toSacramento Business Journal .
