DALLAS-Bell Partners Inc. has acquired Alta 1900 Lofts, a214-unit upscale apartment community in Dallas' Design District.The Greensboro, North Carolina-based company has plans to renamethe multifamily property as Bell Design District.
Bell Partners bought the community, which sits on a 3.7-acreland in the Design District area, for its investors. Terms of thedeal were not disclosed.
