SAN DIEGO-FC Acquisitions Co. LLC has bought a land parcellocated on Pacific Highway in downtown San Diego. The site, onceprojected for an apartment project, will be turned into a HiltonHotel.
FC Acquisitions purchased the former Fat City site from FrankFat Properties LP. The original plan for the apartment project wasopposed by the adjacent Solar Turbines plant and it failed to getthe required city approval.
