MINNEAPOLIS-A partnership between TE Miller Development Inc. andSolhem Cos. is proposing a six-story apartment building on vacantparking lots that are being sold by the Star Tribune. An apartmentdeveloper is buying the lots in Minneapolis' North Loop district tobuild 138 apartments.
The site, located at 815 N. Second St., is directly across thestreet from the Star Tribune's Heritage Center printing anddistribution building.
