STOCKTON, CA-Retail Properties of America, Inc., an Oak Brook,Illinois-based real estate company, has sold a distribution centercomprising 1.04 million square feet in Stockton for about $63million. American Realty Capital Trust III was the buyer of theStockton distribution center.
RPAI described the property as the Cost Plus DistributionCenter. ARCT III bought the Stockton facility about the same timeit purchased a Williams Sonoma distribution center in Olive Branch,Mississippi, for an amount of $52.4 million. For the full story,go to Commercial Property Executive .
