HOUSTON-Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC has bought The Place atGreenway and La Tour Fontaine apartment communities in Houston. The219-unit Place at Greenway is situated between the West UniversityPlace and River Oaks neighborhoods and the 162-unit La TourFontaine is situated in the Galleria area.
