AUSTIN, TX-Nevins Adams Lewbel Schell has sold DeerfieldApartments in Austin's southwest submarket for an undisclosedprice. The Class A multi-housing development, situated at 8700Brodie Lane, was purchased by Falcon Southwest, an entrepreneurialreal estate investment firm from Austin.
