ORLANDO— Perfection Architectural Systems had a choice: continueleasing at its current location or buy the building outright. Thecompany chose to buy the 50,016-square-footindustrial asset for $2.215 million.

Matt Sullivan and WilsonMcDowell of Colliers International CentralFlorida represented the buyer, 2310 MercatorLLC, in the transaction. The seller was ClontsFarms. The industrial property is locatedat 2310 Mercator Drive.
