PARIS-Allianz Real Estate has acquired an office building at23-29 rue de Chateaudun in Paris' 9th district. The French REIT(SIIC) Gecina was the seller.
Allianz Real Estate acquired the 161,458-square-foot building onbehalf of German firms in the Allianz Group. The building,constructed in 1995, is entirely leased to Express-Roularta, anaffiliate of the Roularta Media Group. It also comprises 131parking spaces.
