BOCA RATON, FL-A company affiliated with Winston Harton Holdingsexecutives has purchased the Boca Raton Bridge Hotel. BB HotelOwner JV, managed by Jonathan Rosenfeld and Russell Flicker, paid$20.2 million for the 121-room hotel located at 999 E. CaminoReal.
An entity functioned as Boca Bridge was the seller. Boca Bridgecleared a $15-million note held by Boca Bridge Finance on theproperty at the time of sale.
