BUFFALO-BryLin Hospitals Inc., a private psychiatric andsubstance abuse treatment provider, has sold a pair of buildings onDelaware Avenue to a local investment group in order to helpfinance restorations to the buildings. Psyrus I LLC bought the twobuildings, located at 1263 Delaware Ave. and 1255 Delaware Ave.,for $3 million.
