READING, PA-PetSmart Inc. and Dollar General have purchased 197acres of land in separate transactions in Berks County's Berks Park78, where the two companies are planning to build distributionfacilities. The Philadelphia Business Journal reported that DollarGeneral purchased 109 acres of land for $12.5 million and willbuild a 906,919-square-foot distribution center there.
