DALLAS-Rick Graf is president of Dallas-based Pinnacle, anAmerican Management Services Company. Graf isn't new to his job byany means – he was appointed to his current role in 2008 by CEOStan Harrelson. But he's spent a lot of years at the company,coming on board in 1996 as president of the company's South CentralRegion, then serving as Central Region President. Graf'sexperience spans three decades. Graf spoke with GlobeSt.comrecently about Pinnacle's direction and the state of the commercialreal estate market.

GlobeSt.com: I understand you've taken on new job dutiesin recent months. What are they?

Rick Graf: Well, four years ago, onSept. 1, I took the position of presidency of Pinnacle. During thelast six months, we've continued to restructure and reorganize thecompany, a process that's changed my direct responsibilities. Acouple of months ago, we named Larry Goodman asCOO; he focuses onthe day-to-day operations of the company. That's enabled me to freeup time to focus on creating a relationship management team. Thisis a team of people focused on managing the relationships we havewith clients; meeting their needs and helping them grow theirbusinesses.
