NEW YORK CITY-A Korean restaurateur has paid $5.5 million forthe ground-floor retail condo in The Centria, a 34-storycondominium building at 18 W. 48th St. J.D. Carlisle DevelopmentCorp. sold the 7,158-square-foot retail condo to the Kum Gang SanRestaurant owner.

The 152-unit condo building is situated near Rockefeller Centerand between Fifth and Sixth avenues. Robert Knakal and James Nelsonof Massey Knakal Realty Services brokered the deal on behalf of theseller. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
