MILLIS, MA-Universal Management, based in Newton, has acquiredStone Brook Village situated on Main Street in Millis from John M.Corcoran & Co. for $21 million. This garden-style apartmentcommunity, built in 1974, sits on 29 acres of land.

Previously, the 202-unit community was sold for $10.5 million in2003. The community includes nine garden-style buildings with threestories each. The unit mix consists of 112 two-bedroom and 90one-bedroom apartments. The seller was represented by CB RichardEllis, which also procured the buyer.
