FORT WORTH-The American Recovery Property Trust, based in SanDiego, has purchased Western Place I & II, a two-buildingcomplex comprising 425,000 square feet of office space in west FortWorth. The value of this acquisition is $34 million.
This is the company's first real estate acquisition. APEXCapital Corporation, BAE Information Systems, Computer ScienceCorporation and Lockheed Martin are the tenants of the two 10-storyWestern Place buildings.
