ASHLAND CITY, TN-The failed Braxton Condominiums situated inAshland City is getting a new owner. Nashville-based Carter-Hastonhas signed a contract to purchase the 136-unit waterfront condodevelopment from Bank of America.
The property is expected to change hands for between $15 millionand $20 million. Three units in the property were already sold toindividual owners. Nashville-based Progress Capital Partners' JohnRankin, the project's developer, filed a personal bankruptcy in2008. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
