MILWAUKEE-An investor group that includes Peter Pacetti fromEdgewater Real Estate LLC and Mike Olson from Adaptive Land &Building LLC has bought the City Hall Square apartment complex indowntown Milwaukee. The group spent $12.15 million for the propertywhich contains 135 apartments.
