Like NewYork, Chicago is seeing a shift towards more companies leasing upopen rooftops for entertainment, nightlife or, in the case of theBradley Business Center, sustainable farmingpurposes. This office property in question is setto officialy open on September 20, and the 350,000-square-footjoint venture of Centrum Partners and Hansen Realty will be cappedoff – literally – by BrightFarms, an urban farmer.This tenant has leased one acre of space and will build the largestrooftop farm in Chicago
