MIAMI-Another South Beach retail asset is up for sale.Comras Company just listed 530 LincolnRoad, a free-standing building that will be redeveloped tospan 14,000 square feet over two floors.
“It is an older historic, architecturally significant structurethat is in need of a complete restoration,” MichaelComras, president of Comras Company, tells GlobeSt.com.“During the restoration, the building would be expanded toaccommodate a major contemporary retailer for a flagshipstore.”
Lincoln Road is South Beach's outdoorpedestrian shopping destination and home to many of the world’smost recognizable brands. The 530 Lincoln Roadbuilding has received its Historic Preservation Board approvals fora minimalist glass enclosure over the courtyard.
