BOSTON-HFF arranged $80 million of financing for three class Aoffice properties located just outside of Boston. The officebuildings are inter-connected and situated at the Reservoir WoodsWest Campus in Waltham, Massachusetts. In total, the officeproperties span 458,166 square feet and are on Winter Street,directly off of Route 128/Interstate 95 in Waltham. The buildingsare also 100% leased to six tenants which include Fresenius MedicalCare and PerkinElmer. The portfolio in question here was fullyrenovated back in 2006.

Area amenities include HealthPoint Wellness Center and shuttleservice to the MBTA Red Line at Alewife Station in Cambridge.

An affiliate of Davis Marcus Partners was the borrower in thisdeal. HFF helped the company secure the seven-year, fixed-rate loanthrough MetLife Real Estate Investments, according to an HFFrelease.
