DENVER-BMC Investments has purchased a land parcel on thesoutheast corner of Steele Street and East First Avenue in CherryCreek with plans to develop an $80-million, 12-story apartmentcomplex there. The Denver-based company paid $15.75 million for the1-acre parcel.
The proposed plans call for 250 residential units and a16,000-square-foot ground-floor retail space. The complex will havea mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. BMC still haveto submit site plans for the project to the City of Denver. Forthe full story, go to Denver Business Journal .
