MINNEAPOLIS-The Opus Group has sold a recently constructedstudent housing project in Minneapolis to Harrison Street RealEstate Capital, a real estate investment firm based in Chicago. The235-bed student housing project, named Stadium Village Flats, islocated at 850 Washington Ave. SE, near TCF Bank Stadium andWilliams Arena.
Amenities at Stadium Village Flats include a fitness center,yoga studio, gaming room, computer-study room, a 15-seat theaterand a penthouse lounge. Details of the deal were not disclosed.For the full story, go to Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.
