RUTHERFORD, NJ-PCCP has provided $60 million as a senior loan torefinance the Meadows Office Complex, a two-building officeproperty jointly owned by Onyx Equities andSL Green Realty Corp.
“PCCP worked with the ownership for more than six months as theyexplored alternatives toward recapitalizing the asset,” saysJohn Randall, a senior vice president with thefinancial firm. “With our financing, the ownership now has thestructure and new capital to do some planned renovation work asthey look to reposition the asset, increase occupancy and createadditional value at the property.”
