SAN DIEGO-Ivyments LLC has bought a retail condominium inDowntown San Diego for $2.78 million. The limited liability companypurchased the Old City Hall retail condo at 664 Fifth Ave. fromKhyar LLC, NIXI LLC and Thompson/94th LLC.
The 8,000-square-foot retail condo is situated in the City HallBuilding. Cushman & Wakefield brokered the deal on behalf ofthe seller. The four-story structure, constructed in 1874,underwent a complete renovation in 1995. For the full story, goto The San Diego Metropolitan .
