PHILADELPHIA-Gebroe-Hammer Associates has closed the sale ofChestnut Hill Tower, an apartment complex consisting of 228 unitsat 7600 Stenton Ave. in Philadelphia. Both the buyer and the sellerwere not revealed. The apartment building changed hands for $16.75million.

The 18-story high-rise includes 12 retail units on the groundfloor. It comprises a mix of studio, single-, double- andtriple-bedroom units. Gebroe-Hammer Associates handled the sale.For the full story, go to Philadelphia Business Journal .
