TAMPA, FL—Enterprise Holdings has inked a 20,000-square-foot,10-year lease at Concourse Center in the Westshoresubmarket. When it moves into the space later this year, theoperator of the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, andAlamo Rent A Car brands will unite its Tampa Bay areaoperations.
Enterprise was in a Northwest Tampa location for more than 10years. But the opportunity to consolidate into theWestshore market at attractive rent ratescompelled the auto brand to make the move. The new space will behome to more than 100 employees from the company’s administrativestaff and its Fleet Management affiliate.
