AURORA, CO-Digital Realty Trust Inc. has acquired a data centeron the north side of Cherry Creek Reservoir in Aurora. The SanFrancisco-based company bought the 286,000-square-foot complex at11900 East Cornell for an undisclosed price.
The complex comprises both data center and office space. It is94% occupied. The facility has 170,000 square feet of data centerspace. Digital Realty Trust has another data center on south sideof Cherry Creek Reservoir in Englewood. For the full story, goto San Francisco Business Times .
