LONDON-Pramerica Real Estate Investors has sold a portfolio offive senior housing facilities in the United Kingdom for GBP 154million. The five senior living facilities, opened in 2009, containa total of 522 beds. Pramerica has sold the facilities to anaffiliate of HealthCare REIT.
The facilities were kept in two separate joint venturepartnerships between Sunrise Senior Living as well as institutionalfunds set up and controlled by Pramerica. Eversheds, CBRESpecialist Markets and PWC advised the joint ventures in the deal.For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
