AUSTIN, TX-Camden South Congress, an apartment complex featuring253 units at 1007 S. Congress Avenue, has been acquired for anundisclosed sum by The Connor Group, an Ohio-based owner andoperator of luxury apartments. A joint venture of Camden PropertyTrust, a real estate investment trust based in Houston, was theseller of the property. ARA's principal, Patton Jones negotiatedthe deal on behalf of the seller.
