MORAINE, OH-The former Cooper Tire property in Moraine haschanged hands. CBRE has marketed the 779,000-square-foot buildinglocated at 3601 Dryden Road on behalf of California-based CovingtonGroup. Montgomery County property records revealed that theproperty was sold to Vonmil Realty LLC for $7.5 million.
The building is situated on more than 30 acres of land. CBREbrokers Doug Whitten, Mike Lowe, Jason Williams and Tim Schenkenegotiated the deal on behalf of Covington Group. For the fullstory, go to Dayton Business Journal .
