DURHAM, NC-Irvine, California-based Crown Realty &Development has sold a 182,000-square-foot warehouse facility inDurham for $11.5 million. The building, located at 4400 EmperorBoulevard, is fully leased to Phoenix Telecom Solutions and UNCHealth Care System.
Burlington, Vermont-based Pizzagalli Properties was the buyer.Crown Realty paid $7.5 million in 2010 for the building. JimAllaire and Chris Norvell from Cushman & Wakefield/Thalhimerbrokered the deal on behalf of the seller. For the full story,go to Triangle Business Journal .
