JACKSONVILLE, FL-An investment group from Canada has recentlybought a warehouse facility on Jacksonville's Northside.Quebec-based Daflen America Corp. paid $3.9 million for a240,000-square-foot facility at Imeson International IndustrialPark.
The investment group bought the distribution center at 10089North Main Street from New York-based W. P. Carey & Co. LLClast month. Aaron Zarle, John Richardson and Bryan Bartlett fromJacksonville-based Grubb & Ellis/Phoenix Realty Group Inc.represented the seller in the deal.
