MEDFORD, MA-Northwestern Mutual has sold Wellington Place, aClass A apartment community in Medford, for $40 million to MIREFWellington LLC. The complex, situated close to the MBTA Orange Lineat Wellington Station, comprises 3 four-story buildings with 137apartment units.
The apartment community comprises 42 one-bedroom and 95two-bedroom units. Northwestern Mutual purchased the complex for$5.4 million in 2001. CB Richard Ellis/N.E.
