HOUSTON–The Northline Commons shopping centerhere has changed hands in an off-market deal arranged byHFF’s Houston office. Senior managing directorRusty Tamlyn and managing director RyanWest represented the seller, BerensonAssociates of Boston.

The buyer was an affiliate of North American DevelopmentGroup, which is headquartered in West Palm Beach, FL.Stephen Preston of HFF's Dallas office representedNADG. No purchase price for the 478,584-sfproperty was released.

Tamlyn says that HFF approached Berenson about marketingNorthline Commons in an off-market approach earlier this year andbegan marketing the center, which is located at the Northeastcorner of Interstate 45 and Crosstimbers in north Houston, at theInternational Conference of Shopping Centersconference in May in Las Vegas. The transactionclosed on Sept. 21.
