LYON, FRANCE-The Caisse des Depots Group and STAM have sold theAdenine office building at 60 Avenue Rockefeller in Lyon's eightharrondissement for EUR 17.8 million. The 74,238-square-foot officebuilding, located within the Lyon's Bioparc area, was sold forPerial group.
The buyer was the SCPI PFO2. The building, developed in 2007, isfully leased to eight tenants, including Erytech, MACSF and MGEN.Savills advised Caisse des Depots Group and STAM in the deal.For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
