GUTTENBERG, NJ-There are deals, and then there areout-of-this-world deals. If NAI Hanson’s latestleasing assignment is anything to go by, this deal falls into thelatter category. The company recently revealed that it is theexclusive leasing agent for the 48,000-square-foot office/retailportfolio, The Galaxy Mall.

The asset also includes three unique octagonal skyscrapers with1,075 residential condo units. The retail and office portion spanstwo-levels and 79,848-square-foot interior space. The Galaxy alsohas 11 levels of covered parking.

Currently, the retail property has 14 tenantsthat occupy 23,000 square feet and they are on short-termleases or month-to-month agreements. A further 36% of The Galaxy isvacant, and another 7,000 square feet of space belongs to arestaurant and is leased through the very space-age-sounding year:2019.
