LONDON-Hammerson plc and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board(CPPIB) have exchanged contracts to sell the office building at 10Gresham Street in London for GBP 200 million. Kumpulan Wang AmanahPencen (KWAP) is the buyer.

Hammerson and CPPIB acquired the property for GBP 175 million inAugust 2010. The property comprises 254,000 square feet of office,ancillary and retail accommodation.
