LENEXA, KS-Adams Cable Equipment Inc. has completed theacquisition of its new headquarters building on Widmer Road inLenexa. The cable equipment company has plans to relocate itsoperations from Lackman Business Center located at 15560 W. 110thTerrace to a 65,215-square-foot facility at 9635 Widmer Road.

Adams Cable purchased the industrial building for $2.6 millionfrom The Pack America Corp. Lee & Associates' Erik Murrayrepresented the buyer and Colliers International's John Staffordrepresented the seller in the deal. For the full story, go toKansas City Business Journal .
