NASHVILLE-Beech Street Capital has recently arranged $92.6million in financing for Harbor Group International's acquisitionof three multifamily properties in Music City. The apartmentcommunities include Arbors at Brentwood Apartments, a 346-unitcomplex in Nashville; Cambridge at Hickory Hollow, a 360-unitproperty in Antioch; and Cherry Creek Apartments, a 627-unitcomplex in Hermitage.
