CARY, NC-Sovran Self Storage Inc., a Buffalo, New York-basedreal estate investment trust, is expanding its portfolio in theTriangle region. The REIT has bought the A+ Self Storage facilitylocated at 160 Havensite Court in Cary for $5 million.

Nashville, Tennessee-based JDR Self-Storage LLC was the seller.The company built the facility in two stages in 2000 and 2002. TheCary deal was one of nine acquisitions Sovran announced recently.For the full story, go to Triangle Business Journal .
