TUALATIN, OR-Timbercon Inc. will relocate its operation fromLake Oswego to Tualatin. The fiber optic firm has acquired TualatinCorporate Center Building H at 20203-20263 S.W. 95th Place.Timbercon owners Eric Meslow and James Davies paid $4.2 million forthe property, which formerly housed Bioject.
Timbercon will occupy nearly 40,000 square feet and lease theremaining space in the building to a tenant. Cresa Partners' ChrisElsenbach represented the buyer and Capacity Commercial Group'sDave Elis represented the seller in the deal. For the fullstory, go to Portland Business Journal .
