TAMPA, FL-Houston-based real estate investment firm, AmericanSpectrum Realty Inc. has acquired two self-storage facilities inFlorida for an undisclosed price. The two-property portfoliocomprises 776 storage units totaling 100,000 square feet. Oneproperty, located at 1108 Skipper Road in Tampa, has been operatedby American Spectrum under the brand name of 1st American Storage.Other facility is situated in Ocala.
